Everherd support

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Everherd is made by Scoville Games Ltd, a small studio. If something has gone wrong, or you just have a question, email support@scovillegames.com and a person will reply. We aim to answer within a few days and never later than one month.

Before you write: your Support ID

Everherd has no accounts, so the only thing that lets us find your game is your Support ID. It is a random code the game was given the first time it ran, and it is not linked to your name, email or device.

To find it: open the game's settings and look for the Support ID. Tapping it copies the ID to your clipboard, ready to paste into your email. If it is not shown, the game has not been able to reach our servers yet; try again with an internet connection.

Please include it in every email about your game. We will never ask you for anything else about yourself.

Common questions

My progress is gone

First, check the obvious: the same device, and the same install. Everherd keeps your farm on the device itself, and it is not shared between devices.

The game uploads a copy of your progress against your Support ID from time to time and at every big milestone. If the farm on the device is lost but the install is the same one (the app was not deleted), the game finds that copy by itself: the next time it starts with no farm, it offers to bring the saved one back, and you choose. Nothing is restored without asking.

If the app was deleted or the device was reset, a new install gets a new Support ID, so the game cannot find the old copy on its own. Email us the OLD Support ID (from before the reinstall) together with the new one from the new install's settings, and, if you have it, roughly when you last played. We can move the backup across, after which the game offers it back the same way on its next start. Please understand that we cannot promise a recovery: if you no longer have the old Support ID there is nothing for us to search by, and the copy is only ever as recent as the last upload.

I bought something and it is not there

One-time unlocks (the ad-free unlock and the permanent looks and packs) are tied to your Apple or Google account, not to the game. Use the restore-purchases option in the game's settings while signed in to the same store account you bought with. If the store finds the purchase it is restored at once.

Boost bundles (consumables) are delivered to the farm they were bought on and cannot be restored by the store. If one did not arrive, email us the Support ID and the store's receipt email and we will sort it out.

For a refund, use the store you bought from: Google Play or the App Store handle all payments and refunds, and we never see your card or billing details.

The ad did not give me the reward

Rewards are granted only when a video plays to the end. If a video failed to load or was cut off, nothing was deducted from you, and the offer comes back on its own. If you are sure a completed video paid nothing, tell us which offer it was and your Support ID.

I do not want to see the video offers

The game's settings include a switch that hides every video offer. The game plays exactly the same; the optional video buttons simply stop appearing. Players who own the ad-free unlock never see an advert at all: every bonus is granted instantly.

The age question, and playing as a family

The first time the game opens it asks a single question about age. The answer is stored on the device as a year of birth only and decides which privacy track the game runs on; it cannot be changed afterwards without deleting and reinstalling the app. Children below the age of digital consent get no analytics, only non-personalised child-directed adverts, and a store that offers only the ad-free unlock. Like every player, they send crash reports so we can fix problems; theirs carry no Support ID. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Sound, motion and other settings

Sound effects, farm sounds and music each have their own volume control in the game's settings. There is a reduced-motion mode for players who prefer a quieter screen, a switch for phone vibration, a choice of how large numbers are written, and a language picker.

Something looks wrong or the game crashed

Tell us what happened, what device you are on, and your Support ID. If you can, add a screenshot. For players at or above the age of digital consent, each crash report is labelled with the Support ID, so the ID lets us find both your farm and the report of what went wrong. Younger players' reports carry no Support ID, so for them your description is what we work from.

Deleting your data

You can delete everything the game holds on your device by deleting the app. To have the anonymous backup removed from our servers as well, see the data deletion page: email us your Support ID with the subject "Delete my data".
